A husband-and-wife team who named the business after them both - Duke, and Ruby, Mads' middle name.

Director & Accredited Finance Broker

Duke is the accredited broker and the person you'll work with directly. He makes the loan recommendations, manages the lender relationships, and guides every application from first chat to settlement. Alongside the business, Duke serves as a full-time firefighter, which is exactly why irregular, shift-based income makes sense to him. He holds a Master of Applied Finance and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Director & Client Operations

Mads is the co-founder who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She looks after client onboarding, loan processing, systems and communication, so your application is handled carefully and nothing falls through the cracks. Her focus is on making the experience calm and organised. When you're waiting on an update, chasing a document or just want to know what's next, Mads makes sure you're looked after.
